DAILY SCRIPT PRACTICE
Daily our team practices their skills and dialogues to improve conversion on the phone and in person at appointments. We go over proven scripts and facts that can help to inform our clients in different objections. Everything from commission discussions, to listing presentations, or differences between ourselves and competing real estate brokerages. WEEKLY TEAM MEETINGS
Every week we meet as a group and go over all our numbers, current clients, future listings, client events and database marketing plan of action. We start by focusing on our mission and vision, and then dive into our hot leads so that we are all on track to hit our goals and keep an eye on our most eminent future business. We review lead follow up, keeping our CRM clean and efficient so that all follow ups and leads are being kept up with in a timely manner, and then dive into our current business. As we list nearly 25 listings a month, we go over our upcoming listings, our current listings, and then our pending transactions and update everyone on where they are in the closing process. We schedule open houses, go over upcoming clients events and marketing plans associated with them, and our in-house mortgage lender discusses current preapprovals and referrals. ONE ON ONE COACHING
Each of our agents get the opportunity to have one on one coaching with our designated broker and director of sales weekly. This is a time to dive deep into each agents personal business, current clients and leads, and develop skills to improve conversions so that more leads are converted into sales, time efficiency is improved and current transactions are handled effectively. It is also a great time to check in to be sure the goals of the agent are being reached and that we as an organization are performing to the standard which we presented when the agent joined our organization. FIRST 100 DAYS ACTION PLAN
Each role within our organization has a well developed 100 day action plan with the sole purpose of getting that individual into production. This includes videos, scripts, contracts, paperwork, shadowing another professional, webinars, books, and one on on training. WEEKLY SIERRA MEETINGS
Our team uses boomtown as a CRM and follow up program. This website CRM is used by the two thirds of the top 250 agents in the country. We are very fortunate to have coaches that work directly with our CRM and database to go over our current lead flow, individual marketing campaigns, agent follow ups, and tips and tricks to converts leads and improve systems. We video chat in from across the region with our coach and go through each agents current lead flow. This way our agents understand the technology at a very high level, and can wield it effectively to convert leads with tremendous success. Join our team ›
