I am asking all those with stellar resumes and cover letters do a short strengths assessment prior to us meeting. It takes about 10 minutes, is free, and is a great way to find out more about yourself and the way we interact in the world. Once you complete it, please upload the two reports here. When we receive them, we can then see about setting up an interview.
